The client is responsible for providing the information and materials required for the development of their website, application, or other services.
The client is also responsible for ensuring that the content, information, database, documents, images, product details, and other materials supplied to FODUU are accurate and lawful.
FODUU is not responsible for disputes, claims, losses, or issues arising from content, information, databases, or other materials supplied or approved by the client.
All website content, including text, images, product information, business details, and other required materials, should be provided by the client unless otherwise agreed.
The client is responsible for providing the business logo.
If you require FODUU to design a new logo for your business, please contact us separately regarding logo design services and applicable charges.
Clients are expected to provide clear and complete content and requirements before development begins.
Repeated or excessive changes to website content, design, structure, or previously approved requirements may be chargeable.
A FODUU signature or attribution line may be embedded at the bottom of websites developed by us, depending on the applicable package.
If you wish to remove the FODUU signature or attribution from your website, an additional charge may apply.
Websites developed by FODUU are generally SEO optimized as part of the website development process.
Basic SEO optimization does not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic, leads, or a particular position in search results.
Clients requiring result-oriented or ranking-focused SEO services may purchase our SEO Plan as an additional service or addon.
Hosting, domain, and other product or service prices displayed on the FODUU website may change from time to time.
FODUU reserves the right to upgrade, downgrade, modify, increase, or decrease pricing for hosting, domains, and other products or services.
Prices displayed on the website are not guaranteed to remain the same for future purchases, renewals, or service periods.
FODUU provides a platform and services that allow businesses and individuals to present their ideas, information, and business details. We want to make it easy for users to report abusive or inappropriate behavior.

When FODUU makes such a purchase on behalf of a client, no unrelated or unauthorized purchase should be processed using that payment method.
Payment credentials and card details will not be shared with the client in such circumstances.
If a service is purchased from FODUU, it may be eligible for a refund only if the cancellation request is made within the applicable refund timeframe specified below.
